I’m definitely gonna be picking one of these up. LRG hits another home run with this sweater which borrows the best elements from a number of types of sweaters. The classic cableknit makes up the main knited pattern of the garment, the seams all have the Native American cross pattern, and the hood is borrowed from Eskimo sweaters. The colours they chose make the sweater stand out as well. It’s a light gray background with seafoam and white striping. The logo on the breast is also of the same colour pattern. Altogether, one of my favourite hoodies for late in the year. Go pick this one up.

When KidRobot and Barneys New York hooked up, it was probably one of the biggest collaborations that year in designer toys. Scratch that, it’s probably still one of the biggest collaboration in designer toy history and these toys symbolize one of the biggest steps in KidRobot ever took. Toy God, Huck Gee is blessed by getting his signature Skullhead to wear the Spring collections of five of the world’s best and most renowned designers. The actual fabrics that made up the spring lines of Marc Jacobs, Jil Sander, Dries Van Noten, Rick Owens Lab, and Duckie Brown were used to ensure authenticity of the extremely limited collection. Each work is packaged in an individually numbered black box that is designed after the Barneys New York shopping bag. They each came with accessories like rings, bracelets, a Skullhead sword and a velvet storage bag to ensure that this set has something nothing else does. These things have doubled in price after only a couple of years so if you want to get in, get in now.

Not much from Pepe catches my eye as inginuitive or creative which is what is absolutely required to remain a front runner in any arm of the fashion industry. Normally, I just skip over their selections which are mostly completely substitutable by something from LRG or Rocawear. This jacket caught my eye though with its two part design, colours and patterns. First of all, I’m digging the broken cross-hatch pattern in the black part of the jacket, it’s a welcome change from all the regular boring patterns we’re still seeing today. Secondly, I really like the way the Omega sybol makes it’s way all across the jacket to end up in the black section with the Pepe logo right underneath it. If you’re diggin’ this track jacket, you can go pick it up here.

This thing is dark, creepy dark. Leave it to Blac Label to make the creepiest shit the urban clothing scene has ever seen. Tha mayhem starts on the sleeves. The right is adorned with what seems to be a praying virgin Mary. Aww that’s nice, if she wasn’t a skeleton!!! The left sleeve has a cross with wings stitched to it. Above the cross is written “Immortal” on a banner that is held up by the wings. Two patches are attached above the breast pockets one reading “Stand 4″ and the other reading “Nothing”. Scary, at this point I just don’t know how you could get this jacket to be more bad ass… unless you add giant fucking stitching reading “Crazy Homicides” to the back of the jacket. Overall, this gets my approval of “buy this jacket if you want to scare the shit out of people” award for 2007. If you dig it, swing over here to pick it up.

The first Nixon “Murf” watches are hitting eBay just today. They look really good but I have to warn you, they’re huge. To me that’s a good thing, to others, it’s like wearing an entire 70’s television on your wrist. It’s dope anyway, here’s your chance to get one before everyone else.

This is the famed Red Auerbach shoe from Adidas. It was made to honor the late Red Auerbach and his unbelievable NBA career. This shoe is is styled in rich leather covered with laser etchings of his most famous players, the Celtics logo, and his Iconic Cigar. Inside, the sockliner reads “I never handle players. You handle animals. You treat players with respect.” That is the perfect example of who Red Auerbach was and what he stood for. Check out these rare shoes paying homage to a legend.
