Freshjive Lords Varsity Jacket

Man, I just can not get enough of Freshjive. Honestly, these guys have been doing it better than anyone else, for longer than anyone else. It amazes me that for nearly twenty years a company can remain so relevant and actually set trends. Freshjive is the Nike of the underground. This jacket is a perfect example of how the company can keep so… fresh. With the classic letterman varsity design, the perforated genuine leather sleeves, and the huge Freshjive logo on the back, the “Lords” jacket does everything right. You can pick up yours here.

LRG Jack Mitoo Jacket

Now this is what I’m talking about. This jacket is a tribute to Reggae God Jackie Mitoo. For those of you who might not know, Jack Mitoo was a keyboard phenomenon and was truly one of the legends of reggae. His iconic career included being a founding member of the Skatalites, being an incredibly fertile songwriter, and later, mentoring many gifted young as the musical director at the acclaimed Studio One. This jacket is a wonderful homage to Mitoo, and even if it weren’t, it’d still be a great piece. When it comes to a nice, heavy, and stylish jacket, LRG has you covered. Get one for yourself here.

Kidrobot Black Kidrobber

Published by Style-Fiend under Designer Toys

One of the best old school Kidrobot toys in my opinion. Kidrobot only ever released 100 of these 8″ figures so they are very few and far between. You rarely see a Kidrobber for sale on eBay so if you’ve been waiting for one to show up, here’s your chance to get a piece of Kidrobot history. Go check out the auction right here.

COOGI “Night & Day” Fur-Lined Zip-Up Hoodie

This is COOGI taking a stab at hoodies using no colour at all. I think it turned out pretty well, concidering what they’ve been putting out recently. Anyway, this hoodie is dope. It has the huge gothic C on the back, which I have previously been a fan of. The fact that is all black pleases me too. I love it when different textures of the same colour mesh together to make something incredible like the back of this hoodie. It doesn’t even stop there.   The hoodie is lined with smooth satin except for the hood, which is treated to a faux-fur lining.  This is one of my favourite hoodies from COOGI and if it’s one of yours, you can get it here.

LRG FTW Classic 47 Fit Jean

Here’s another pair of jeans from LRG that are of the classic and simple variety. The denim is blue, the stitching is yellow and the attention to detail is great.  The rivets used on this pair of pants are the LRG tree logo which is a nice little bonus instead of the traditional round rivets.   The theme is nautical, as is apparant by the blue and white rope on the back pockets and the red and white striping inside the fly flap.  These are my newest additions to my denim collection.  You can pick up a pair in your size here.

Luke Chueh / Munky King Possessed Head

Remember Luke Chueh’s possessed? Here’s its head. Chueh released only 100 of Possessed’s severed heads at Munky King. These things are hand casted in resin, hand painted, and then hand signed by Luke. If you’re this into Luke Chueh’s works, this is an awesome piece for you. Very cool.
