I think I have fallen in love. I’ve become somewhat of a watch lover lately and this to me is wrist sex in motion. The good folks at Citizen Japan must have been smoking the good stuff, from morning til night. The Citizen Astrodea Northern Hemisphere Celestial Watch has only one down side, having to say its name every time someone asks about it. And that will happen a lot!

These Air Jordan 1’s were put together to hail the opening day of America’s pastime.  As we all know, Michael spent some time in the minors playing for the Birmingham Barons who just happen to be the Chicago White Sox’s farm team.  The shoes are given the black and white pinstripe  colours in honor of the Sox’s home and away jerseys.  Stitches, not unlike those found in baseballs, were added to the upper like Nike has done before.  The shoes release tomorrow for $100 as a quickstrike limited release but they are already available in numbers on eBay.

I think it’s the colour that sold me on this.  Don’t get me wrong, the whole sweatshirts pretty nice, but the colour sold me.  The front features a pair of chefs, wearing both chef hats and crowns carrying a platter of LRG logos.  The back of the shirt is subtle yet tight as hell too.  The New  LRG “Kings of the Kitchen” logo in printed on the bottom right corener of the sweatshirt and the silver LRG pendant is affixed behind the neck as always.  You can check out the “Main Ingredient” sweatshirt here.

It’s really cool that designer toys are getting big enough to be supported in markets all over the world.  Huck Gee lends his skills to a brand new figure exclusively released in the Philippines.  The figure, aptly named Puto, was done in conjunction with toy and kicks boutiques fresh.  The first colourway was released on February 4th in bronze and there were only 100 toys produced.  If you can find one, pick it up because this is sure to be one of the coolest and most sought after Huck Gee pieces yet.

 When Nike announced it would be re-releaseing the Air Tech Challenge last Spring, everybody in the shoe world got a little giddy.  When the shoe finally dropped, consumer and enthuasts alike were put off by the transformation of the once very lime green shoe to a mustard yellow.  That shoe is now readily available at most Nike outlets and some toilets.  Last fall, Nike stated they would re-release another Agassi retro, the Air Tech Challenge II.  This time however, they would keep all the original colours exactly the same.  The “hot lava” colour has become one of the most reputable parts of the shoe and as you can see these things have some mad old shool appeal.  These kicks are the last released in a collection of “hot lava” coloured shoes over the past few months.  Pairs are beginning to spring up all over eBay and should be much more affordable than actualy original release versions of the ATCII’s.
