Seriously, what the hell? The other Evisu denim isn’t deluxe enough for them? The average price of a new pair of Evisu jeans is around $300. Apparently, they figure there’s a whole other market above that one willing to pay for deluxe premium denim. You have to be a real denim connoisseur to purchase these. The pants are made with Evisu’s incredible attention to detail and craftsmanship. So are the rest of their jeans. I will give them the whole box thing though. That box looks awesome and I would feel like royalty should I be presented a pair of $500 jeans in a box like that. Step up to this level if you think you’re ready for it.
For the first time this year, I can look out my window and say it looks like spring. All this terrible weather lately has been sincerely harshing my buzz. I’m going to go out and say that I think boat shoes are going to make a huge splash in summer fashions this year. True, they have been around the last couple sunny seasons but this year I think they will really begin to hit the mainstream. You are looking at my favorite boat shoe contribution from Timberland, the Cruisemaster II in hemp. The style is so classic that its beauty is undeniable. The fact that it’s made from something as wholesome as hemp really adds to this particular shoe’s cause. No word yet on whether the sole will actually prevent you from slipping on a boat deck but I don’t think that’s really top priority here. You can check out the hemp model here or, if you’re not a fan of that, check out the other styles Timberland has done for their cruisemasters.
LRG is always on point with really simple yet bold designs that make me break out my wallet nearly every f*!#@&* time! The new Creativity Is King Hoodie just made my shopping list so DON’T buy it…just kidding. Depending on where you live it still might be a sane decision to buy a black hoodie this close to summer. This LRG Hoodie is priced at only $86.00 USD.
I’ve been on the hunt for a pair of light colored jeans for the warmer season approaching. Vancouver is usually a lot more rainy this time of year, but thanks to the likes of global warming it’s been fairly nice. Coogi sometimes can be a little too colorful for my tastes but these Coogi Beach Jeans caught my eye quickly. The faded vintage wash is just toned down enough so that the designers have added minimal(in Coogi’s case) eye blistering colorful graphics. Dr Jays has just got these in stock and are *very* reasonable priced at only $135.00 and you can buy them online here.
The Mighty DJ Feadz laying down a set during Electrocasbah proving , and I quote Uffie, “I got the best producers”. I know nothing more about this show other than they have a website so fun I didn’t mind that I couldn’t read a damn word of it.
These things have mad collecter’s appeal. I don’t know what’s hotter, the shoes or the boxes they came in. These limited edition PE Lasers were auction pieces in three different cities. Firstly, the yellow pair is the New York City pair in a size 13; Kobe signed the box for this pair. The second pair are the Texas edition of the kicks. These shoes are the largest of the set at size 14. They made the shoes big like everything else in Texas. Finally, in red white and black, the Chicago version of the kicks is a size 9 and the acutal shoes are signed by Kobe on the toebox. If you want to be one of the only people in the world with three of these shoes, two of em signed, this auction is for you. Everybody else, keep dreaming.
I’d like to kick off the introduction of a new sponsor we’re promoting here at Ill Styling that I think is one of the hottest fashion/web 2.0 ideas on the market. Uneetee is a site where artists can submit there graphics to be printed onto T-shirts, only they have to be good enough. I quickly had my attention drawn to the Furious Samurai T-shirt which is right up my ally! My addiction to Anime makes me a sucker for anything with a Ninja or Samurai on it!
