It looks like LRG is adopting the trend of using really bright colours and it seems that it’s going to work out for them.  This is one of the freshest tees I’ve seen from them in a minute now.  The design on the front is an abstract rendering of the LRG logo dripping all these vagrant colours.  This is a top dollar piece and deserves only to be worn for the most appropriate of situations. Another Nixon inspired watch that is an outside the box project, is the Tetris & Pong watch. The watch contains a built-in version of Tetris and Pong game. Ideal for you while waiting at the dentist office, or at the Subway waiting for the 5 o’clock train. I wish Nixon would make more watches with built-in version of other games like Super Mario, Pacman and the likes……..The watch was designed by Lysandre Follet.

New Balance takes themed sneakers to new heights with the “Coffee Bean” 576’s. Both of these kicks feature a hemp upper like traditional coffee harvesters would carry and transport the caffeine filled beans. The traditionally stitched “N” on the side is instead hand painted on. Other “earthy” elements to the kicks include cork panels as well as woodgrain style TPU on the heel (shown after jump). Not surprisingly, the footbed is tricked out as well as a gum sole on the bottom.So far Streething has given a preview of just 2 pairs in this collection, but we will keep our eyes peeled for more. According to them, these will make it to retail doors in Southeast Asia in August, but since NB USA prefers info leaked closer to release, its safe to say that just because we haven’t heard chatter Stateside doesn’t rule out their release.

I had to put this up for you folks and show some love for the Chef. This cat is hands down the the most inventive sneaker artist out there. I found this jacket hiding in the underground of Dr. Jays and picked it up. It’s a beautiful wool jacket that is absolutely perfect for the summer nights. The fabric makes it very nice to wear because it breathes so well in the heat and insulates so well in the cold. The design and pattern don’t hurt the piece either. It is made with very high quality crafstmanship and material; a bit surprising when you see how reasonable the price is. The jacket has four button-flap pockets on the front, one on the sleeve, and has knit ribbed trim at the collar, cuffs, and waistband. Overall, I’m super happy with this purchasee as it is a good looking, really comfortable and affordable jacket. Pick yours up here.

The wife’s pissed but whatever. I threw out all our other glasses the second my six PIMP cups came in. I put them up in the cupboard and am currently wearing sweatpants drinking a forty out of my very own Lil’ John pimp cup replica. Everything just tastes better out of this. When Nixon dropped the Capital I brushed it off as just another Nixon that would fill holes and would never make much of a splash in their extensive collection. That was, until I saw it in person. I stopped by the skate shop on my lunch today and it caught my eye. I knew I had seen it before, but I kept thinking “how come I didn’t make a mental note of how dope this watch looks?” When I got back to my computer, I checked eBay for the Capital and realized why. This watch doesn’t look nearly as good in pictures as it does in real life. The picture above is a pretty damn good one; it makes the watch look much better than Nixon did.
