Hey, COOGI’s back doing what they do best!  Crazy ass jeans with tonnes of stitching and blinding colours.  All in all, if the rainbow weren’t below the waist band, these pants would look, well, plain.  The left pocket has one, newer, COOGI logo on it and the right has another.  Both are red stitching with white highlites and they’re both on black denim.  I will admit that the rainbow strip adds a little to the personality of the garment.  Overall, these are my favourite jeans from COOGI so far this year. I suggest you go buy these before you’re ridiculed for rockin’ last years COOGI’s.

Well… I don’t really know what to say. I mean, I guess I saw it coming. Heavy embroidery on the back pockets of jeans was completely fashionable a few years ago. Now, with the likes of Artful Dodger and COOGI going buckwild with embroidering their denim, I guess it was only a matter of time before it moved its way around to the front… I think… I dunno… I mean, who’s going to wear these? Think of all the completely blatant (and probably undeserved) attention your junk is going to get. My god, I just don’t know. Plus, is it a subliminal symbol that the hawk (preferably the girl in the symbol) has the sword (preferably the phallus) in its mouth? Man, COOGI, you guys just took it overboard. One step too far. These things are on the next level, and nobody else could take men’s denim this far. Artful Dodger brings us these super rare, limited edition “Raw Rock Bottom” jeans encrusted with real (as if we’d expect anything less) Swarovski crystals. Now, I know that it’s kinda uncharted territory for us gentlemen to rock Swarovsky crystal on our pants, but seriously, the bad-assness of this pair of jeans far far outweighs the frosted-tipped-douchebag appeal that the Swarovsky crystals usually entail. Honestly, gentlemen, hold your head high when you wear this pair of pants (if you choose to wear them, they are very limited) they’re one of the best things to come out urban fashion ever. Period. This pair of jeans is kinda bonkers. I can only see real COOGI enthusiasts picking up a pair of these because, while they are a work of art, it’s an expensive work of art.   This pair of pants takes stitching and embroidery to the next level.  Nearly every single piece of denim on this pair of pants is stitched, embroidered or printed. The pants come in a limited edition pouch to guarantee its authenticity and give it a little collector’s feel. The ammount of work that went into producing these pants is incredible and if you think you’re a big enough supporter of COOGI you can pick up a pair here.

Evisu is currently making the best of what they have. It seems like they have the consumer at their fingertips and the consumer is loving every minute of it. With every new pair of jeans or kicks, Evisu makes big waves in the industry. Hidehiko Yamane realizes that he can charge whatever he wants and people will pay it. I feel your pain average consumer. He’s dangling the finest denim in the entire world in front of your face and telling you you cannot have it, for you don’t make enough money. First up, we have the Evisu Umi Daicock jeans. I have to say, of all the extremely popular Daicock jeans, this is my all time favorite. The attention to detail in every pair of Evisu jeans is abundantly apparant in this pair. The premium Japanese denim is first painted, then embroidered to created this truly unique design. Secondly, we have a classic jean with a twist. These Evisu jeans are peach denim with an orange gull on the back pockets. Definitely one of the more unique pairs of pants on the street these days. I’m honestly questioning purchasing these things right now. The only thing holding me back is that when you wear these out, everybody notices you. Here’s another pair of classics with a twist. On the back pockets of this pair of jeans the Evisu gull is replaced with a dragon of the same formation. Being embroidered, the back pockets are much easier to keep looking fresh without the terrifying idea of scratching the paint. Definitely the only thing with a dragon on it that I would ever condone rocking. Get this pair here.

I like this last pair because they’re so Japanese that you’ll have no problem getting away with wearing these at all. You can look your absolute best during any occasion. The fat Asian man on the back right leg is holding a paint brush and that’s about all I can tell you about this one. I have no idea what is going on with this pair and that is what makes them so great. Japan is a wonderous land of crazy shit and fun times, these pants do not disappoint.

These pants remind me of the good old days. I remember when every single pair of LRG jeans you could find was the tightest pair you had ever seen. These days you have to sift through shit like this. Don’t get me wrong, I still thing that LRG is putting out the best clothing in the industry, just there’s a lot of crap. This pair, however, is a revival. I really like the plain jeans with the one-hundred percent crazy back pockets. The picturesque, serene landscape on the back pockets is soo oldschool LRG too.
