Yea you read the title right! Here’s an episode of Ken Can Cook having on Abstract Rude cooking his 30 minute pasta. I was looking for some new tracks from ATU, but came across this strange video instead. I love cooking shows and Hip Hop so if you’re in the same boat, check out the video!

There is no way my brain should be able to remember this far back. It’s so weird watching something you haven’t seen in eighteen years. Nostalgia trip for some of us. I remember I had to get up at 6:00 in the morning to watch GI Joe and COPS. These were the best days of my life.

I used to come home for lunch at noon and watch this garbage. Awesome imported Japanese, pizza delivering, samurai, felines, garbage…
